MARINE ADMINISTRATOR

Ferguson Transport & Shipping are currently recruiting for a Marine Administrator, based in Corpach Fort William.

The successful candidate is required to have previous administration experience. Excellent communication skills are essential for this role, along with a great working knowledge of Microsoft packages.

Responsibilities will include the administration of planned maintenance and internal inspections for our 6 vessels, arranging service schedules, sourcing and ordering parts ensuring best value and stores/stock checks. The successful candidate will also be required to visit our vessels to ensure inventory lists are maintained. Therefore previous experience working within a similar role or in an engineering environment may be an advantage, however this is not essential.

Salary for this post is dependent on experience. Full time permanent position. Aggregated holiday pay & company pension scheme are in place.
